She lives in Texcas..she had forty days and forty nights of rain. Yesterday the sun was out and she just woke up to see it again. Yes. She is happy. I like this one too PS it does look Happy!

Now it's smooth and exuberant, and still happy! Not "another sunny day" today, It rained a little bit, but I'm just thankful it wasn't a lot. Somebody needs to close the sky and pull the plug on the lake here... * glub, glub* :)

Ah... I was hoping to see this finished! Both your revisions already captured the emotion so well. I love how you left the shading grainy, like an old photograph. It looks great! There are a couple of spots that seem rougher than the rest around the bottom and edges of her nose. Other than that, it's a very lovely picture. Kudos. =)
