He? Too many people get confused with those Japanese boys looking like girls.

Of course this is Joker's No#1 main squeeze, his psychopathic soul mate, and overall cheerleader Harlequin (from Batman in case some don't know) Nicely done Paintit. But is she missing ears or is it under her cap? In which case her cap is too high. But a great piece. As for a background, how about a faded/blurred image of Joker's wide evil grin. :D Against black of course.

What's one of her pet names for him? Pookums? Pooky? Help me out here.

Puddin is what she calls Joker. She's sooo awsome! Anyway thanks for your advice... i forgot all about ears, even though they should be under her hood, which i need to bring around her face a little... I like the idea of a joker smile behind her, i may try that!

Puddin' right DAMN, and I LOVE that pet name. Thanks Wendy. And yeah, I thought the cap came around to her chin. And if I may, her hips are too small, the hip to shoulder ratio is they should be equal in width, they just need to be brought out more (the hips) And if you move her to the right you'd be able to add the whole BANG on the gun flag. You did one of the more interesting guest villians and for that I give you a smilie. :D
That looks like it would be very uncomfortable to wear. Btw, if I never said it, welcome aboard.

Ok, thanks again... ya i sitll have a good bit to work on her. i want to work on her face more too, i'm not to fond of her eyes, plus i need to work on her hood a little. And i'll try to fix everything you told me i should change too. So ya, i'll come back to her when i have time this weekend.

I never liked Harley Quinn. I thought she was a bit too strange. Other than that opinion, I think you drew her pretty good :D
