Great portrait, her expression is unique, I'm not sure what it's saying but it's intense. That song is pretty sad. Music is a comforting tool, it can be very therapeutic. I hope all is well with you Dan.

That.. I think is the look of grief. When all the tears are spent, and all there's to be done is to stare. Nothing's to be said. Haunted and grieved, I think, this woman has seen something she doesn't want to see. Lovely colours.

She is beautiful, you painted her from the bottom of your heart (which I believe is very deep), and the song is perfect for the painting.

She's lovely, and I envy your talent to paint loose and free. The sun flares behind her are a nice touch, they almost seem to frame her.
