Creepy? I can't see how it's creepy.
It's nice. Small, but nice. But, about the Burn and Dodge (Light/Dark) tools, just remember it's best to save them for metallic objects. Otherwise, they aren't that useful.
The background is cute, too. Little blurry field, with a few little clouds, and a happy sun... *sounds like the man from "The Joy of Painting."*
Maybe next time, though, you could make the picture bigger? ^_^ A big picture is a lot easier to color, in a way, because you don't have to zoom in or anything. ^__^

I actually take Joy in painting small pictures. It's "the joy of pixeling". ^_^

I like making things like that, but mine are usually just sprites or icons.
