The one leg that's spread out looks a little weird, but I like your coloring so far.
I can;t really offer any tips on the leg though, I'm not very good at anatomy of any kind.

That leg does seem off, but it's hard to get the angle of a leg or arm that's bent so you did a good job of it. It does look like she has pimples all over her body though. For a mouse you did good with the lineart and coloring, and I LOVE that hair. Hope you do a nice but simple background to set her off. Nice to see you back Natsuki.

The red shading with shine on it is a specific style. I've seen it in quite a few manga, one of my favorite being Under the Glass Moon.

Lately, more and more manga have been incorporating this new shading style.
