Well, I'm liking the coloring, and that background is coming out rather nice. Especially the ragged blue streks above her head. Hope you work more on the background Aaron, remember the more you do the more you'll understand the composition of things the easier it'll get. I love the pink on her lips and hair.

Weeeell, work on the poles a bit more (I assumed they were just a pre-sketch) Go outside to see how they look, how the wires connect from pole to pole, intergrate them more into the snow by making the snow piled up around them, remember your light source and add shades and highlights accordingly. Just work a little on the house, I'm not talking heavy details, they'd take away from the character and the soft tones helps create depth. Not much, just finishing touches.
