Contest Week 45: A Thank You for Marcello! Week long contest

Your goal this week is to to show your appreciation to Marcello for all he does on this site. Paint a portrait, make an alter, a statue, a shrine, of him or the 2draw site itself as representation. If using the site as representation the 2draw name should be discernable in the picture. Note As a picture of Marcello is not forthcoming use the portraits on the links as a guide, just remember he has a stunning goetee. As well Zoraw may also be used as a representation. Good luck and do not copy other artists work.

How can I do this if I don't know what Marcello looks like?

you might need to know that for a portrait, but not all of those options suggested require it. If all else fails and you just have to know what he looks like... think cowboy.

If you're around the bay area and want to have coffee that's an option. ;D

I tried to draw Marcello once from a webcam a while back, it slightly resembles him, might help you get an idea anyway.

I see some Zoraw coming.

I hate this winter weather. There I am watching tv when the lights flicker and dim then *poof* The power goes out. For a good 20 minutes I'm sitting there in dim candlelight then it comes back on, then flicker flicker *poof* 3 times that happened then finally the power went off permanatley. 4 areas of the city were affected, and when you looked out the windows all you could see was darkness. The only visible lights were from far off downtown. I couldn't go on the computer, I couldn't watch tv. So I ended up reading by candlelight and going to bed early. Pissed me off. This is the 6th or 7th time this happened this winter. It's really fuxing up the transformers or something. *sigh* Good to be back. I'm worried it might happen again though. Had to vent, sorry.

You should get a laptop then. ;D

No no no, you don't understand, the power went out all over the city, not just my house or my PC. As for a laptop I haven't the funds for that. I'm not worried so long as they get it back on.

I think we both understand that part. a backup UPS would also work, although those generally only give you about 5 minutes of power (so you can save and whatnot).

Hmmm... Laptops would make excellent heaters during cold weather.

Well, in a few hours the submissions are no longer welcome right? I had an idea of drawing the robot guy with a gotee and glasses with explosions behind him and titling it if 2draw ended.
