Flattering indeed to be considered an influence, but to me, this is all patience in vector style. For a while now shes (sorry if youre a he) has been such and doing it well! This is another fine example.

there is a 'message', yeah, but it's not particularly something i feel comfortable sharing with the internet at large. besides, it's more fun if everyone gets to find their own meaning ;)
"I am not a rib" haha, never really bought that either. Even in the Bible, man's fragile ego shines through. I used to do promotions for a punk band called Oedipus Complex in high school, man did they suck but they were original punks all the way. They always played drunk and were very violent, what's not to love? I think every man has that complex to some degree, maybe not as bad as ol' Oedipus did (thus it was named after him) but we all seek a little mommy in our companions. Interesting piece, it's fun to try and interpret what it means.
