This wasn't going to be Cid at first- but my cousin said it looked like him (must have been just the goggles XD) so I stuck a cigarette in his mouth and voila! I hope you like it.

Bahahahaha really????? Oh noes... XD I asked my cousin and she said the white end went in the mouth. Haha. Maybe that's how he became so ugly... XD
