He looks better with the grey background I think but I vote no falling snow. He's looking very girly as usual :)

this is AMAZING!! I love ever texture of this! I really wish that I could see on your "show animation" thing, how you did it. But I think it doesnt show all of it because you layered differently with the background on top or something. (Thats me talking like I know what I'm saying). N-e-way, but I really really like this picture and I'll use it as an example so I can figure out more detailed layers. I'm very plain. ^_~
