I just thought I would check this board out I would like to post some of my own art here... does it have to be digital? What size limits are there? I will post this question and see what happens....

You mean like upload pictures? If so, I don't think this site allows you to do that. You can only post pictures you draw with the given applets.

Some people link to their DA pages if they wanna show off their non oekaki work.

Sometimes people make a free account on photobucket to upload images, and then they can post links to those images individually or to their entire photobucket gallery for people to see.

The work itself doesn't have to be digital, but of course to upload to a website it has to be scanned/digitally photographed first.

and as was already mentioned, all work that is directly posted in 2draw galleries can only be made with the applets here.

I noticed that a few days ago but haven't poked it yet. All I know is that a few months ago I had to send an email to them because someone there had stolen some of my art (as well as from many other deviantart people) and posted it there.

I really don't trust photobucket for the people they have in there, I have seen many pictures that were the same but posted by many different people, and one other thing for sure when I made an account in there all of my pictures weren't viewable in any other site, so I diched that placed and founded an other site to host my pictures........

I prefer this one better because I know that other people can't see what I upload until I show a direct post to the image, just like I did in my last forum post.....:*

CMB: well the only way to post images in here is by hosting them in the forum were you can show some pictures you made, other wise the only pictures you can host easy is the ones you make in here....:] Thats for sure....

you probably never unchecked the privacy settings on your account, since we used to use that all the time on another forum site without problem.

The people on photobucket don't seem to have a concept of copyrights though, so it's not unusual to look for something and find about a hundred different images that each appear on a hundred different accounts.

I have posted some photos to my Myspace account including some of my art- but if you look up Mallaband-Brown on Google you will find some of my art on various sites, I think I will leave it at that at the moment- I dont know if I understanf Flickr- or privacy settings for that matter!
