Photo was used to get the basic idea of the pose. I started with my face about a yard (about a meter) away from the screen, and I don't have perfect vision, so it started kinda lousy. It's finished now though. :)

well this one has certainly been through some stages. but i am now totally happy with what I have, so it's finished! yay. i decided to use a multitude of colors and expand my pallet. I'm please, especially with the bird. :)

god, this looks just like one of the birds that was in my dream when I was just having a nap... they were up on the ceiling while I was trying to unclog a drain in an auditorium?? it came out good, perfect wing shape, nice
