I think they look like baby mermaid shoes. (assuming of course, they're born with feet and then grow a tail later)

Haha! i found the real word for it, it's a stalker. I wasn't entirely wrong. some people use 'stocker'. you really made me go nuts, cause i use this word a lot.. couldn't find it on a regular dictionary, only on the urban one. :)
