Hi Joy!! Put the pen on the smallest setting pick up the hair color..and set opacity down just a tad..and put in some details in the hair..Do it on a new layer and if you don't like it..you can blow it off.

Yea.but needs details..dont soften it.. you want to see some actual hair..is what I meant (not that I know how to draw it..but..I've seen good ones that way)
