Hey this is great! I love the difference in colors from the sky to the water and the Clipper is so detailed! Hey, you don't draw on "ratemydrawings.com" by any chance do you? It's a boring draw board compared to this site but it's fun to check out now and then. =)
Hey! I think I can see 'cello on the bow! He's in a blue shirt ;) may I ask what other draw sites david? This is my third. I go to youdraw.com also. That's where I heard about this site. If you get the chance, check out "ellyrae" draws. I haven't submitted a drawing in a while (since I found this site.....pc drawing heaven!) but you can find me in the search by name. Oh, and for a "fooling around on a dull day" drawing, this one roxs!
I have some at youdraw..doodlebug...doodledraw...and a couple of private boards...plus I post lots of photos on DA Ill look!Thanks... Qwerty.. I use the dodge tool on way low opacity for the clouds
greatly impressed, the waves have a smooth flow and movement and the ship looks at "full sail", my grandfather built ships in Finland at a very young age though I'm unclear as to whether they were tall sailing ships or perhaps Schooners. Alas, my nautical knowledge is not what it should be...
This is so calming! I love it. My living room and computer room is full of nothing but nautical stuff, ships, lighthouses, etc. I wish I could blow this up and frame it for my wall.
I bet you remember girls birthdays and anniversaries and stuff like that, too... if you remembered that about me. You're one of those "rare" breeds. :)
Well it's a pretty boat Poppa, I said you'd do a better one in full light. But I bet if we got close enough we'll see them raise their colors and it won't be a British Flag.
You did draws on youdraw? That was my home before I was ouste... left. I'll have to look for you pictures. And the water and clouds are pretty, and the ship, well it's just pretty pretty. :)
