This is nice. I have just one quick criticism - The hair I think, would look better if you made a base of solid colour with a wider brush and then added highlights with a narrow one, rather than making the whole head of hair with a narrow brush. But overall, I like it. Lovely, for a first attempt.

n.n You should try the blurring tool on the hair, it works wonders. Mmm...maybe because of the hair, but the neck does appear a bit wide. [._. But who am I to talk? xD The necks I make are too narrow] :3 Also, maybe try blurring the little pink you put on the face. n.n I hope things turn out well! <3
