I really love those arms and the piece in general, but I think it could be slightly better if you worked on the face a little more. I think the nose could use a bit more detail.

She looks very pretty..it looks a tad flat on her eye and her cheek below..maybe some shadow there and highlights to give it roundness..the hair looks great
