Well finally, for the last few hours I was getting a "Sorry the sites down, working on it." It's been slow uploading photo's and sending messages and I have to ask did this happen to anyone else or was it just me?

I nearly panicked thinking I'll never get on 2draw again. Seriously folks, panic.

Well, then it isn't my comp. I'm sorry to hear your having trouble Marcello, your site wasn't spammed was it? This happened at a sci fi site I frequent, they were spammed heavily and it brought the site down for days while the owner had to clean the files and restore to a later version.

Even now as I'm typing this it's showing a PHP error. Only variables should be passed by reference.

It's so heart-wrenching for me when this happens. I feel so..... disconnected. I realize this place is really the only reason I keep my computer running. Is that sad, or what? (Actually, this place is the reason I learned to USE the stupid thing) the death of this place will be the reason I throw it in the compost pile, as well. I have fresh oil paints and canvases, I started painting again on vacation, so I won't completely die, but I shall surely SUFFER, there are people here that I LOVE and I don't want to live without them, or their art.

I hadn't realized how addicted to this site I was until I couldn't access it for a while. Wow.

I also realized in the last couple of days that a lot of us take Marcello -, all the time, attention, effort, work, and last but not least "money" he puts into keeping this place up - for granted. I for one am mailing my stale donation in the morning, with a thank you note. We all tend to be a bit ungrateful at times, I know I do.
