Oh, yeah. I fell off and it was awesome. My saddle slid. She was pretty stubborn, but, I got her to go a bunch faster by the end of the week. Ha. I luff her. I forgot a camera, so I drew her a lot instead. To make up for it.
Somebody didn't make sure your saddle strap was cinched tight enough. My daughter broke her arm like that a few years ago. I would imagine all the horses at horse camp have probably learned to be a little "stubborn" by now. :) Was Lacey a "Paint" horse?
(I would still like to see what you could do if you were to choose a reference and spend a little more time on one of these horse pictures) I'd be happy to help you do that if you were willing to try it.
Yes, Lacey is a paint. American Quarter Horse. No, we were going down a hill. It was curving and quite steep. I was trying to control her and slow her down while trying to keep balance. I put too much weight in my left stirrup and the saddle slid.
Nah. No canyon. I was riding in a forest in Marrow OH. I don't think there's any canyons...... :/
Hah. A couple of bruises but nothing more.
Really.... There was a /girl/ named Lacey in our unit and she dared Lauren to go into the latrine.... she did it... and got stuck at her hips. They videotaped it. Hilarious.
