If you just go back and fix the eye, that is make the squiggles in the iris less heavy, more thinner lines, make the black of the iris and the pupil itself more rounded out I think this would be a spectacular draw, your halfway there, just tweak the iris and pupil a bit, look at a real eye to see what I mean. But DO NOT touch the skin and the yellow eyeball, those are perfect. Hope you go back to this and tweak the eye. Well done.

Looks better, looks glassy, one more thing(s) fade the edges of the fire squiggles with a little of the black part of the eye and fix the yellow of the iris, maybe fade some of the yellow into the white of the iris so it's not such a harsh transition from yellow to white. Just a little bit of cleanup. May I say poison I like this very much and I think this is your best picture. Well done.
