Well ES I hope you don't mind how I'm coloring this. The thing of it is I tried using those colors and others, color blocking, shading, even texture and I just couldn't get it. I think because it looked like an asian dragon to me I was finding it hard to color, so I went this way. The ref I used is from an asian texture.

Well, it's finally finished ES. I don't know about the background but it's all I could think of. So maybe it's an Emperor's kimono. You can put it to finished now.
