The hand ish too small and the thumb is awkward. While I'm not familiar with BBS I'm assuming there is a copy button where you can move pieces of your piece? You may find this really handy (no pun intended) as it will enable you to increase the size of the hand by expanding certian parts out then touching up the line art. That way you will keep the basic shape of the hand (which looks awesome) but you will be able to enlarge its size. Same with the thumb. The top of the thumb looks great its just the underside that is stubby. Great job on the lips and I'm impressed with the patience on the chain. :)
(in anycase its better than I can do in BBS, Bravo)

Mmm,The peircings are yummy,But the hand bugs me somewhat.. P: It looks...Backwards? And a little too small... But the colors,Face,Everything else is great.

Is that a cigarette? I'm surprised he isn't burning his eyeball. I love the shading style on this, and the piercings look awesome :D

Although the size and anatomy of the hand are off, and the chin is too pointed, I still like this picture... I like the color choices you made, in addition to the piercings :D However, you should work on the way the chain hangs between the lobe and off centre labret piercings... It doesn't seem natural :(
