I have the right mind to bash this picture completely and call it a piece of crap. But since I'm nicer and more mature than that. I'll give a crit.

It's interesting to say the least. Interesting composition and use of colors, I'm guess it's a spray paint can straying paint on a brick wall. Graffiti perhaps? That's what it looks like to me. It sparts imagination. Good.
