Yikes. Where's a "balleetion" when you need it? Definately not intermediate quality... If you'd added some shading to the shape of the "chibi" (circle? A chibi circle?), made a more realistic entry hole for what I assume is a bullet wound (add depth to it by showing the various layers of skull and greymatter the bullet goes through or something), and made the blood an actual blood color and gave it a liquid appearance as opposed to a random and uncreative mashing of the paintbrush across the canvas, this would be intermediate quality. Otherwise, you lose! Gooday sir!
