I love the lineart, and the colors used are really captivating but... There's something fishy about your direction of light... :P The lights on his eyes don't match the light on his hair, and there's the issue of the glowing heart to factor into your shading... Nicely done, in any case :)

You're definately improving a lot, and so fast! P: It seems every picture you draw is better than the last. That's a good thing.
