For me, it's always a challenge to get the hand right... and I never like them in the end, for instance: The left hand (his right) is very little. But I don't care, it's gonna have this motion effect so...
Anyways, thanks for all the comments, I really apreciate them a lot ^-^
Guitar-playing hands seem to be extremely difficult to "capture"... such complex positions...been watching "guitar- playing hands" my whole life and I can't seem to get them right, even so. This has an ambiance about it, though, wherein it won't really matter if you depict them perfectly, it will still be a great piece of art, so don't fret over it.
To me it looks like someone who's lost most things in his life and the guitar and his music is all that's keeping him together. Yes it conveys a lot.
I don't feel the hands are too small, only thing I see that might be off is his right arm should be over the guitar, resting on the edge. But it's a nitpick.
I love this even more, now, and I am still determined to die while "playing".
(the glow of the fire on the guitar is wonderful.... as are the burning trees in the background... adds even more "ambiance")

Beautiful interpretation Sweetcell. And you're right about that arm... I most correct it!
