It is very good for a first pic. Don't use fill it will give you headaches coloring in the lines it leaves behind. Use layers. Think of layers as tracing paper. You sketch on one piece of layer (paper) then ink that, erase the sketch lines then use another layer to color in, this way you get nice clean coloring and keep the integrity of the draw.
