Yup, he is! And you know why? It's because you put the neck in the wrong place. The left side of the neck should start before the chin, not after!

But the coloring and lineart rock, so you get brownie points there :)

So are all the girls in One Piece *Cough* They're all anorexic *cough*
But tons of people like them!
I think he's cute, in all his deformed glory!
Plus, I love this manga.
