The eyes are crooked; if you draw a horizontal line across the center of her face, they should both be centered on the line.

The hair seems to be suffering from 'pillow shading'. I can't explain it very well but a small scale example of what I'm talking about is here.

There isn't really any light source either, and her nose has no shading...

keep at it though, it's a little tricky to get the hang of, but you'll get it ^^
