Lines are done. I kind of screwed the layers to hell so I'm going to cell shade it. It will take lots of pain, but it should look pretty nice when I'm done. :3

Yes the eyes are stunning, but I adore the hair, maybe make some of her hair merge with the clouds, very sweet pic.
