Why, oh why, doesn't it accept my password on new accounts?

I made the account Ana-hime, which may still be on the bottom of the page, modified the profile page, and when it froze I had to close the window, and now I can't get back in. And since I used my main email on that account, it's lost forever now.

Can't this be fixed?

edit: I'll just stay with this crappy acount name. -_-;;\

EDIT2: I drew a picture for 1 1/2 hours, then was logged out when I clicked submit. The picture is lost forever. ;-;

D= You're not suppose to make multiple accounts. You could've just asked for a name change. Cello does that! Just ask Icats ( Now known as Staci ) and Mai ( Changed from Wasil to Maiko )
