My birthday is in 2 days on July 6th! Yay me(in a monotonous voice) But I need to keep this on topic soooo I need help with my shading. There's almost no shading at all on any my drawings.Help! They really look bad with no shading! I feel stupid.I can pencil and paper but not a mouse.

Hmmm. Well you could do dark/light but then everyone would get mad at you like they got mad at me. *cries* So use the water color and and make a shade lighter and a shad darker and you should be able to shade. Or just color the shade in (like cell shade) and just blur it. Whaaaa Im confuzing. Sorry -_____-

If you're using solid lines.. And you have something thats .. say... 150 Blue... And nothing else.. Pick a point where the light's going to be, on the opposite side and anything that would be covered from the light, put ma ybe 130 Blue? And fill it in with that. Opposite for highlighting. I wouldn't suggest using the light/dark tools because sometimes it comes out too dramatic. And in my opinion, it looks nicer when it's very fair and when you're using watercolor.
