This reminds me in some ways of Henri Rousseau's way of painting plants. The fading into the distance is nice and well noted, the sun causing a hazy morning fog :)

I love how the shading was done for the sun. I like this style - it reminds me of one of my closest friends who is also one of the most talented artists I know in real life. :)
