Yep, I could tell it was Gov. Aahhnoldt even from the thumbnail. The mottled texture you've used on his skin makes him look like he's peering into a giant aquarium...that kind of refracted/reflected lighting you get from light hitting water above. Or maybe he's at the bottom of a pool? Dude's got some serious bone structure, eh?

I like the contrast of this. The cheekbones and skin are well done, but I think the eyes look a bit sleepy even without looking up the reference. Try to open them up a bit so Ahnold looks even more intense.
