I like the leather, though the one critique I might have is to not make the guys body curve so much, kinda looks spineless XD

Anotehr good idea would be to not only shade where the lines are in the hair; use a 1 pixel pen to show random strands of hair coming down from the head. Plus more highlights in the hair will give it a nice shiny look. Ooh, shinay.
