Truly fantastic work. Masterful use of light, color, and texture. This is nitpicking, but you seem to be working on a dark monitor because a few spots in the hair are much darker than the rest.

this looks horrendous on my monitor here at work...the hair looks transparent. Its completely different from what I see at home. That's very odd.
