I was thinking of adding daisies or some "happy" flower...

This reminds of commercials advertising embarassing medications like Preparation H...but everyone's just so happy that their hemorrhoids is gone, they don't even care!

hahaha i know what you mean there all like *big smiles* ive got gential herpes! :) and im like....i never want to be on one of those commercials or if i was id be like :) ive got genital herpes it used to stop me from dominating the world now that i've taken this fucked up medication that can make your heart stop i can now bring doom to you all *falls over from heart attack* but brilliant picture :3
