Technically, Neko just means cat, so, why don't you just say "Cat"? We are talking in English, not Japanese...

Anyway, That arm looks kind funky, and the arms also look too bulky, just to a thing to point out to fix when doing the lineart.

The shape of the face is wierd and she has no forehead. Although i really like the colors you used on the shirt. youre getting much better! :)
