This is realy sacry, that stare is creepy. The black paint or tissue aroung her eyes really makes them stand out, contributing to the overall creepyness... very effective.
The design of the floor is really nice, too!

It looks like death taping him on the shoulder telling him his time has come to leave this world.

The eyes and the finger tapping him with that shadow are the 2 things that make this one of my fav pics.
