(^.^) Cool background, huh?..(0_o) But I don't know why I drew him with kinda..no clothes on..when it's night time..he must be cold..(^.^) I'll keep him warm! (hugs him) lol!..Wait..*gasp* The shading is on the wrong side!!..

he has ugly chicken hands :P but you should try to use the freehand tool a bit more. but you did nice on the fur.

You really seem to love anime! You might want to do a hand study, you can find pictures of hands anywhere on the net, or use your own.( or even just try a study on anime hands ;) ) You seem very comfortable with the line tool everyone is yelling at you about. The lines all seem cleaner or smoother when you use it, if you want to listen to others advice I think you could come up with some even better pictures. If you don't because this is where you are comfortable by all means enjoy! I'd love to see your style grow though, and it just can't without some more flexability. If you need help with anything I'd be glad to help :)

his hands do seem a bit small for his head :3 and his chin is a bit long, but it's quite nice
