One suggestion: the mouth seems a bit wide, usually the edges of the mouth are directly below the edges of the nose. (I learned that at art class! Yay! XP)

The Lettering is good! But I really love the Gun and the hand holding it.. I can't do that.. I can't draw hands or guns! >_<;
the matrix has me.. but yeah. its the scene in the first one where theyre doing the infamous bullet dodging and trinity puts her gun on the guys temple point blank and says in the coolest voice possible "dodge this." and BAM.. its just beautiful..
