you have to block out the person you're drawing before you do the final lines and make sure the proportions are right. Cause they're really bad right now.
its obcious you started at the head, try to lay out the whole figure as quickly as possible, like hideyourface said... block it in, then go into detail, make a good foundation before starting. I love this otherwise.
