I love the softness. The stark whiteness does something to soften it as well. Very pretty and dreamy.

I'm afraid I'd screw it up if I tried but if you add a background then I'd make the background like a plain field w/ maybe a little bit of mountians or something. Nothing tht would destract from the awesomeness of what is there now. I am loving the look of this completely.

I think the coloring and line work are good too. The only thing that kinda bugs me is that the person looks to be in motion while the animal appears stationary.

It's possible to assume that the wind is blowing..but a nice BG would clarify this.
