I think the body has quite a good sense of roundness but the tattoos don't look at if they're moving with the back's contours. This looks kinda unfinished, mostly because of the background which probably needs a little more time spent on it. It'd look good if there were arms and a head also, in my opinion.

just realized this is posted on advanced - i thought I clicked intermediate.. oops. Anyways I figured I probably should put a bit of effort in. I'd appreciate any tips on how to make the tattoos look like part of the skin. I think they're a little better but still not right.

that's alright-you can just ask someone to move it if you want. Interesting ideas for tatoos
