I think that the current background suffices, and highlights the great job you did on this picture. This is really nice work, and the blue background works as a finished product because its the sky behind her. I like the style. You should just connect the glasses in the same solid tone as the rest of it, and be done.

How about rims on her sungasses. HA! Just joking, I'm sure they are on the way. Looks nice so far. Is it just me or have I not seen stuff from you in a bit. like a few of us that haven't been around so much lately. :}

I'd leave the background the way it is right now, because I think if you added other details it could take away from the skill and beauty shown in this piece. I enjoy the position of the figure and how she's sort of pushing on the edges of the canvas.
