OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG. ITS SO CUTE! and the background...how do you do its so murky and oily and cool!?!?!? O_O I LOVE THIS PIC....

watercolors ^^ first i take black and use watercolor at a somewhat high capacity, then i take random colors and about every two colors i overlap with black again a bit then use the blur tool with the brush at 30 px and the capacity at 255
