I really like this, the hair is shiney and fun. the blurring looks pretty good, especailly considering that, when used excessively, it can go very wrong. I really like her face, even though that left eye looks a bit like she's imitating Mr. Manson. (haha) My other interesting observation is that her arms look a bit like noodles. Other than noodle arms though, really nice pic.
