I think all that's wrong is that his nose should be lower and a tiny bit bigger, and the hair at the back shouldn't be so.. big.

it still does not look right even though you marked it finnished you can go beck and mess with it to make it look right and hiedis righ the hair is to too big in the back by the sholders
