Pink isn't really my favorite colors, but I like how this is just a bunch of different shades of pink, kind of like a black and white picture, just with pink instead. Somethings you might want to look into would be cleaning up the lineart and adding some shading though. :)
cleaning up the line art is just making the lines really smooth and not shaky or anything. i cant help you with that though as my line art isnt really perfect either.
Cleaning up lineart means that its not all scribbly or too pixelated (unless thats what you intended). Like smoother and less messy lineart.
Eh...I'm not really good at explaining stuff...sooo..yeah. But what usually helps is if you first draw a sketch in a light color of what you want to be the lineart on layer zero, the you zoom in and go over it slowly in the color you want the lineart to be on a higher layer (like layer 1 or 2).
