Sorry if this sounds mean, but if 13 minutes is a "long" time, I wonder how short the usual time you spend on your pictures is...
Anyhoo, i like the colors you used, though it would most likely better to not use the shape tools to make stuff. :D

There is fill noise around the pink circles. And I agree with Punky, it would be better to learn how to use the paintbrushes instead of the shape tools.

Yeah so....i agree w/ Punky on the shape fact...Oh an' 15min isn't very long.

Long= 2hrs+
Average= 1hr-1hr 30min.
Short= 30-45min.
No Effort= 15min.
Therefore,

Oh yes, the proper name for that particular show is HiHi Puffy Amiyumi. If I recall correctly.

I thought this looked kinda cute when I saw the thumbnail version. lol Looks like a stenciled drawing. Keep working on your drawings next time. You could use this for your icon.
